Shipping & Tracking

We ship to USA, Canada, North Africa, Asia and Australia. 

[DISCLAIMER] The recent Covid-19 outbreak has significantly disrupted global supply chains. Shipping and processing times may be longer than usual until further notice. We are working hard to protect our customers and team members while adapting to our changing world. Thank you for your support and patience during these challenging times. 

Shiowaifu own partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from our warehouses in either USA, Canada or China.
Usually, we process your orders within 3-5 business days and delivery take 12-20 days for most orders within the U.S. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased/where you live! Due to extremely high demand, the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 7 business days to process your order and up to 2 months for your delivery to arrive. You can contact us or email info@shiowaifu.com for specific shipping times.

You can track your order on order tracking

Your package is delivered during office hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the letter carrier will leave the package in the mailbox or if he does not have access to it, you will have to pick it up at your local post center. The letter carrier will leave a message in this case to let you know. 

Your package is probably delayed by customs or we have many orders like yours to ship. In this case, you have 60 days (from the shipping date) to receive it. Beyond 60 days, you can ask for a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience. In any case, we assure you that you will receive your package. 

OTHERS

Our prices are based in USD. However, as Shiowaifu are based worldwide, we've included a currency converter on our website that automatically converts this price to your local currency! Upon checkout, the prices will be converted back and charged in USD. If you are using a credit card with any currency other than USD, there may be slight discrepancies between you're charged and what was displayed on our website due to differences in the conversion rate used by your credit card company. 

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!

Custom fees encountered during international import are not our responsibility. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees and any return fees if our shipment is denied or delivered due to incorrect address. However, we will re-ship orders that have been returned to us if they are undeliverable to the correct address. Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your shipment does not arrive or is faulty upon arrival, please contact us, and we will endeavor to help you.

We offer FREE returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING.
If you ordered an item with sizing issues, please contact us for more information on how you can exchange the item in a different size. 

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. Any orders made AFTER November 15th have no promise to arrive on time for Christmas due to the long delays at the post office this time of the year!
